Govt. Structure In Caliphate System
In Pakistan these assembly system creates hierarchy. i.e National Assembly, Provincial Assembly and Metropolitan system. This creates division not harmonizing. A straight chain Method have to be adopted Like Khilafat System.
Above paksitani system is incomplete without metropolitan/baldiyati system
because it have no roots in people. The above system creates division. Baloch movement is the result of this system.Above three boxes are divided. It also creates financial/resources disputes in Provinces and center because of this divided hierarchy.
Devil/Shetan always sits beyond the approach of people. Similarly these devilish governments are beyond the approach of people. Only Kilafat government system is By the people , For the people , Within the people and To the People.
Islamic System Will help to Control Taliban and Other such movements Because it will helpful to control their causes.
I have read column which was related to democracy in Islam. It was written on Hizb ul Tahrir blog. And other organizations like it are also against democracy. In my there is democracy in Islam. Caliphs were selected with majority opinion. At that time, Halo Ahlo Aqad selects caliph with majority opinion.Islamic Scholars also use words Ijmah to show majority opinion. There is always democracy in Islam. Halo Ahlo Aqads were those who have major support in people at that time. After selection of caliph Halo Ahlo Aqad do bait to show confidence on him.
Candidates of assembly can be elected by elections. These candidates can be elected with political party system like a team and also with non-political party system.Usually in Pakistan Political Party system creates division in people and disturb the harmonization of nation. Halo Ahlo Aqad selection can be made by a formula by Ullmahs (scholars of Islam). The powers of Halo Ahlo Aqad can be determined with the Ullmah. Halo Ahlo Aqad can also be Law Maker . In current Pakistani System, some one have to be as a opposition leader. Usually he does not like to participate in govt. In this way the nation(Muslim Nation) suffer loss. Which is not a good point of current system in Pakistan.
Judicial System in caliphate System
Why we have made 3 courts lower level courts then high court and the supreme court?
Why we have such hierarchy?
judges have to be appoint according to case and judgement have to done at single court(divided courts) and bench.
Case have to prosecuted till judgement like The Way of Omer(R.A)
In above judicial system of Pakistan we have to move from downward to upward for justice that is long process. Because of this we need many judges to cover current judicial system of Pakistan.
Current Pakistani System also take too many time for Justice..... And Expensive justice.
Below In Islamic system we found quick justice at a place.
There is need and necessary to bring Islamic Laws in Muslim Countries. These laws Reduce crimes and shows the beliefs like Muslims.
3) Islamic Financial System.
Suppose in above picture. These are three classes Lower/poor class , Middle Class and Elite class.
In above picture if we give support/ relief in budget on equality basis than Lower/poor class can suffer.
we have to adopt justice system in budget of a government to give more support/relief to lower/poor class so that we will be able to increase the Middle Class in society. In Justice system Middle Class also needs less support/relief to keep them in Middle Class. This is responsibility of caliph to provide all basic necessities of life to nation(i.e food, cloths, shelter). This is also responsibility towards the Islamic govt. to make arrangements for Fards(responsibilities). Zakat and sadqat are parts of Islamic Financial system.
As well the concern about interest on money in Islam which is Haram(prohibited). Instead of I write here about complex of current well known Islamic banking System. This is halal/allowed in Islam if we provide goods/services and can take money(extra money) in return of it. About stock exchange and Forex trade. Mohammad (Sallallaho alhe wa salam) said, that trader is not liable for any mercy who stops exchange to make extra profit. This is a bad Trade and called shortage.
To Control Financial system Three steps are Needed.
1) Economical Feasibility
2) Technical Feasibility
3) Organizational Feasibility
4) Sports In Caliphate System
Sports is the wastage of human being these people can be utilize in any field in which they are best through which they can serve the nation. Sports have to confined up to some local level enjoyment/refreshment or it have to be up to organized at local government. Hence we can produces more man power in country. This step will be the best for the welfare of Humans. We have to concentrate on our prayers.
5) The Motivation for Innovation In Islam ( Encouragement for Innovation in Islam)
Prophets (Ahlem Salam) also have teach us to bring innovation and technology. This is also the way of Prophets. Some examples are as under.
- Soap ........ Hazrat Saalih (A.S)
- Bridge ....... Hazrat Yousuf (A.S)
- Boat .......... Hazrat Nooh (A.S)
- Mirror .......... Hazrat Sulaimaan (A.S)
- Needle ......... Hazrat Idrees (A.S)
- Comb ............ Hazrat Ibraheem (A.S)
In below photo the attack of that sect is very similar with the attack by phosphors bomb.
In below aircraft photo when we see the open mouth with the wing of aircraft. It is quiet similar with a fish.
In many aircraft the shape of air planes in similar with Shark/Fish,
In fact, We can found many solutions from nature. This is a lesson which every one have to learn
Islam encouraged to bring technology. It is also the way of prophets (Alhem Salam).
Islam has also made it the get virtues in serving in science or technology. Its also the way to strong Muslims.
5) Nationalism Policy for Muslims (Caliphate System)
Prophet Mohammad (SAW) said, "Muslims are just like a one body."
It is Haram/prohibited in Islam to divide Muslims on basis of casts , languages , color and countries. Allah made casts , tribes , languages for just to recognize each other.
These two Line defines what is Nation.
